- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and machine learning models to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and present architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
