Responsibilities

- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and strategic initiatives that align with our five-year vision, ensuring seamless transition to emerging technologies.
- Optimize Compute Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters and edge computing nodes to maximize efficiency and reduce latency.
- Quantum-Ready Transition: Collaborate with research teams to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into our core production environment.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead the implementation of zero-trust security architectures and advanced encryption standards to protect critical data assets.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, conducting code reviews, architectural walkthroughs, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Integration: Hands-on experience with Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, edge computing protocols, and Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
