Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for technology adoption and infrastructure upgrades leading up to 2026.
- Prototype Future Solutions: Design and prototype proof-of-concept systems for emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical architecture with business goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to ensure stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Futuristic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
