In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical precision and creative storytelling, ensuring our brand remains dominant in the search results of tomorrow. You will oversee a team of content creators and developers to implement cutting-edge strategies that align with the anticipated shifts in Google's algorithm and user behavior by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 SEO Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy that anticipates algorithmic changes and AI integration.
- Predictive Analytics & AI Integration: Leverage machine learning tools and predictive analytics to identify emerging keywords and content gaps before they become saturated.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization to ensure zero-friction user experiences.
- Generative Content Strategy: Define protocols for using AI tools (like ChatGPT and Claude) to enhance content efficiency while maintaining high-quality human standards.
- Brand Authority Building: Design campaigns to boost domain authority through high-authority backlink acquisition and digital PR.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze complex data sets using Python and SQL to drive iterative improvements in conversion rates and organic traffic.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, crawl budgets, and server-side rendering.
- Data Fluency: Advanced ability to interpret Google Analytics 4, Search Console data, and third-party SEO tools.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and automation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
