Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and neural networks for the 2026 core infrastructure.
- Data Strategy: Lead data pipeline optimization and ensure high-quality data ingestion for training robust AI systems.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into existing software ecosystems and cloud environments.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into cutting-edge algorithms, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 2026.
- Code Review: Mentor junior engineers and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards across the team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions for system scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related software engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proactive mindset with a demonstrated history of driving new projects from conception to launch.
