Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for the future of work, specifically targeting the capabilities and needs of the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum Computing, Extended Reality) to predict their impact on labor markets.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement internal policies regarding remote work, AI ethics, and hybrid collaboration models.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future concepts to C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to align organizational goals.
- Workforce Simulation: Develop models to simulate workforce needs as automation and AI integration increases by 2026.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or futurism.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI trends, automation tools, and their implications for the workforce.
