Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our core enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain best practices and learn from top-tier peers.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Present your project outcomes, technical achievements, and strategic insights to leadership at the end of program rotations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Demonstrated experience with one or more modern languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a relentless passion for continuous learning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
