Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive 2026 roadmap for integrating Generative AI and automation into core business workflows.
- Lead the research and implementation of emerging technologies to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to design ethical frameworks for AI usage and data privacy.
- Conduct predictive workforce modeling to anticipate skill gaps and organizational shifts.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and adaptability in response to technological disruption.
- Partner with product teams to launch internal AI tools that empower the next generation of employees.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic roles, with at least 5 years focused on Digital Transformation or Future of Work.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI ethics, and their practical business applications.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to C-suite executives.
- Relevant MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Organizational Psychology.
