Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for Agentic AI and Spatial Computing initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, software engineers, and product designers to build scalable autonomous systems.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into spatial environments to create seamless user experiences.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy, and security compliance in all deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and specifically Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong background in 3D graphics, computer vision, or Spatial Computing (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, AR/VR development).
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
