- Architect blue-sprint concepts for next-gen products/services with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with engineering, marketing, and R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage innovation portfolio prioritization using stage-gate methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and sustainability frameworks
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation budgeting and ROI modeling
