Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and socioeconomic factors impacting future business landscapes
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI against long-term strategic objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align future-focused roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with 3+ year lifecycle planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Strong data literacy with experience in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or relevant field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (articles, patents, or books)
