- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and pilot programs
- Present strategic innovation plans to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
