- Identify emerging AI technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI) and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-forward solutions into current roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and future-readiness.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide strategic insights to the C-suite.
- Define ethical guidelines and compliance standards for advanced AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in tech strategy, AI implementation, or product management.
- Deep understanding of current AI capabilities and future trajectories through 2026 and beyond.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
