Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Vision for our AI infrastructure, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of scalable machine learning models and generative AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate high-level roadmap items into technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum AI) and assess their viability for integration.
- Establish best practices for code quality, model deployment, and system security.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep understanding of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical roadmaps (e.g., planning for 2026+ ecosystems).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
