Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and 5S standards
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Detroit facility
