- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at assigned event stations
- Distribute materials, badges, and promotional items to attendees
- Provide clear directional information and venue navigation assistance
- Support VIP guest coordination and hospitality services
- Collaborate with event security and operations teams for seamless execution
- Report attendance metrics and operational feedback to event leads
- Maintain professional appearance and brand ambassadorship throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to downtown Austin venues
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying conditions
- Flexibility with evening/weekend availability (minimum 2 shifts/month)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for check-in systems
