Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct user research sessions and usability testing
- Develop responsive UI designs for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation accuracy
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1 year of UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for prototyping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for fintech or SaaS products preferred
