Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic technical inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Log and track incoming support tickets using our CRM software.
- Troubleshoot common software installation and configuration issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve escalated issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of our knowledge base and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
- Previous technical experience is NOT required; we provide on-the-job training.
