As a Staffing Recruiter Assistant, you'll be the engine behind our placement success, sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and building relationships with both clients and job seekers. Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate data
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Build and nurture relationships with local job seekers and community partners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems

- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
