Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry positions using job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics with precision
- Prepare and present qualified candidate profiles to clients for review

Qualifications
