Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for administrative, customer service, and light industrial roles
- Post job openings on digital platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
