Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and candidates
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred (open to candidates without degree)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
