Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using our cutting-edge ATS platform
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for diverse industry roles
- Post job openings on digital platforms and manage social media recruitment campaigns
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure compliance with agency protocols
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's/bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
