Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve user-reported incidents efficiently.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software patches and updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and server environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor while being a team player.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote assistance duties.
