What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions accurately in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Support end-users with network connectivity, email setup, and application access.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and basic security configurations.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) during the contract period.
