Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365)
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols
- Document tickets in ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Conduct user training on new systems and best practices
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification (A+, Google IT) preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking fundamentals
