- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software for new employees.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of common IT issues.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT professionals to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to company security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
