Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware (laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Manage and track IT support tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira).
- Perform basic software installations and updates on Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work on-site in Dallas, TX.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
