Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist internal users with hardware and software troubleshooting, password resets, and account management.
- Hardware Management: Perform setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Network Assistance: Support basic network connectivity issues and adhere to established security protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues, resolutions, and help desk interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to identify trends and improve support processes.
- Software Installation: Assist in deploying and updating essential business applications and operating systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required, but internship or academic project experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
