Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools for 100+ users
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations with enterprise software suites
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printer issues, and hardware malfunctions
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group permissions
- Document all ticket resolutions in ServiceNow system
- Assist with hardware refresh cycles and asset inventory management
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
