Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Assist in cybersecurity best practices implementation and awareness training
- Participate in hardware inventory management and asset tracking
- Support office technology setups and AV equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
