- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including answering phones and routing inquiries.
- Generate reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel as required by management.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry or general office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
