Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance on IT assets.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT/CIS is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, SSDs) and peripherals.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and basic macOS concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
