Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including filing, data entry, and document management
- Support department heads with calendar management and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoice processing and expense reports
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and event planning
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software
- Support onboarding processes for new temporary staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years of office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Must be available to work 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
