- Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to scalable, modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Team Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Innovation Pioneering: Identify and pilot cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Web3) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling business value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically in strategic planning and AI operations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, cloud infrastructure, and system scalability.
