- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient architectures that can handle the exponential growth of data and AI workloads.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups and partnerships to integrate into our core ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to translate technical vision into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technological transformation and leading complex digital initiatives.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and apply them to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
