Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic "2026 Roadmap" for emerging technologies.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- Oversee the integration of AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced biotech.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-uncertainty innovation.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Leadership or Strategic Planning.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in R&D environments.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, AR/VR, Quantum).
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
