- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product development lifecycles
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with global stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical/regulatory impacts on innovation trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles within tech sector
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
