Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align emerging tech trends with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct deep-dive research into GenAI, Blockchain, and Quantum solutions to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of strategists and technical architects.
- Partnerships: Identify and vet external tech vendors and research institutions for collaboration.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for innovation projects and ensure delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership, strategy, or product management with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps for major organizational shifts.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and next-gen computing paradigms.
