Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Architect the comprehensive 2026 Horizon strategy, identifying key technological milestones and product opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Biotech) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the Research & Development division, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and short-term execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate futuristic concepts into viable products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic visions to C-level executives and investors, translating technical jargon into compelling business value.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or a senior product leadership role within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Computing, and Quantum computing principles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast market trends and translate them into scalable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving high-stakes projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
