Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for the company's technological evolution, identifying key trends and innovations expected to dominate the market by 2026.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design high-level architecture for next-generation software and hardware ecosystems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and pilot programs for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders, investors, and executive leadership.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation and future-ready skills.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Planning: Exceptional ability to forecast industry shifts and align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
