Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Neuromorphic engineering.
- Lead High-Impact R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of proprietary algorithms that will power our next-generation autonomous systems.
- Patent Strategy & Intellectual Property: Identify commercially viable innovations and lead the patenting process to secure Nexus Horizon AI's position as a market leader.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to the C-Suite and Board, translating future capabilities into tangible business value.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier 'futurists' and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of 10+ years in Technology Strategy, AI Research, or Executive Consulting, with a specific focus on long-term forecasting.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Natural Language Processing, and emerging compute paradigms (e.g., Neuromorphic chips).
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
