Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with company goals for the 2026 horizon.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- Research & Development: Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision) and integrate them into our core products.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.
- Compliance & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of AI ethics guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science leadership roles.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating technical concepts into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
