Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive AI technology roadmap leading into 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of scalable, secure, and ethical AI models in production.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of AI implementations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to production.
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning and forecasting.
- Experience with MLOps, data governance, and AI ethics compliance.
