Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching technology strategy and roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct quarterly competitive analysis to ensure our tech stack remains best-in-class and future-proof.
- Oversee the modernization of legacy systems to support advanced, scalable cloud architectures.
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking engineering.
- Present strategic updates, ROI projections, and milestone achievements to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling technology platforms for future market readiness.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends projected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading M&A technology integrations is a strong plus.
