- Collaborate with engineers to integrate ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with executives, engineers, and external partners
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Author thought leadership on ethical AI practices for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics, bias detection techniques, and explainable AI
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience conducting algorithmic impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Published research or practical implementation of ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, Stanford) preferred
