Join Capitol Growth Partners, a leading digital transformation agency in the heart of Washington DC, as a Digital Marketing Specialist. We're seeking a results-driven professional to execute high-impact campaigns for government and nonprofit clients. This contract role offers flexible hours (20-25 hrs/week) and the opportunity to shape digital strategies in a dynamic policy environment. Work remotely with bi-weekly in-person collaboration sessions at our K Street office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media platforms
- Optimize conversion funnels using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Create compelling content for blogs, whitepapers, and email newsletters
- Manage paid advertising budgets with ROI-focused performance tracking
- Conduct A/B tests for landing pages and ad creatives
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with graphic designers on visual campaign assets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable campaign results
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful content creation and campaign management
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for government/nonprofit marketing
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
