Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain daily workflow targets.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to complete daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
