- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting and packaging items to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently, verifying contents against documentation.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry tasks.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to work in a team-oriented setting.
