Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques and teamwork
- Complete daily production reports with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper form
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not current)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
